Vodafone Idea Partner with Microsoft for Cloud Services

Both the business tycoons announced the partnership on June 6th, this year. We understand that Vodafone Idea is a telecom service provider. Microsoft Azure is a cloud computing service. Vodafone Idea Chief Business Officer Nick Gliddon, said “We are happy to partner with Microsoft to support out customer as they move towards a cloud-centric approach to their businesses. Cloud adoption is a ‘when’ and not an ‘if’.” This statement is stating a very important fact. The entire world is moving toward the cloud.

Gliddon added, “It is integral to growing the business economically with speed and efficiency. However, robust network connectivity will always be required to get the best out of cloud.”

Vodafone Idea Business Services (VIBS) will now provide connectivity to Microsoft Azure. Vodafone users will now be able to connect to their apps on Microsoft Azure. The MPLS VPN connectivity is said to be highly secure and private. It is very convincing in terms of efficiency and performance. The objective of the partnership is to offer a more reliable service to the telecom users. The apps are now more secure and faster in functioning.

More companies are considering do what VIBS did to improve their customer experience. At the end of the day it is about getting better user feedback and building a strong customer base.
