Salesforce announces new CMS, and it is a revolutionary development with the new content management tool added to the already no. 1 CRM system of the world. The tech giant never stops introducing new tools and features to significantly enhance customer experience.
They hybrid CMS is designed to meet your content requirements efficiently. According to Salesforce’s State of the Connected Customer report, 78% of your customers rely on you for a consistently productive experience. The system is a designed to empower you and novice Salesforce developers and users to easily create quality content and deliver it to any channel. It’s all connected to Salesforce data or customer data, and the new content management system is the perfect answer to the content needs.
Unlike the usual acquisition trend that Salesforce follows, it actually decided to build a who CMS system instead. Tony Bryne, founder and principal analyst at Real Story Group, says “It’s easy to build a simple CMS. It’s much harder to build an extensible, enterprise platform.” Byrne has been using the Web CMS space for over two decades. He pointed out that the CRM giant had once before tried to introduce a successful content management system named, Salesforce Site, however the system wasn’t as efficient as the new CMS, and it was soon dropped.
The system offers you multi-language and translation support as well. It helps you scale up and collaborate to maintain a strong brand standard. It is simple, user-friendly and keeps your Salesforce data secure.
According to Salesforce, “Commerce Cloud is the world’s leading B2C and B2B commerce solution. Commerce Cloud is a multi-tenant cloud-based commerce platform that empower brands to create intelligent, unified buying experiences across all channels - mobile, social, we and store.”
One can use commerce cloud for CMS however, that is not recommended and also not needed anymore with the launch of the new Salesforce content management system. Customers also do not have to choose third-party platforms such as Wordpress, Jumla or Drupal for content management anymore.
Give your customers a personalized and customer-centric content. Address the concern your customers are putting forward and answer queries that are yet to arise. Salesforce CMS makes every team an experienced team.
